What is the BEKIND7 return/exchange policy?
If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that exchange products are requests only, and can not be guaranteed as they are based on availability at the time of processing. Returns and exchanges can take 7-10 business days to be processed after they are received at our warehouse.
Shipping fees on refunds are non-refundable.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note, previously purchased items will NOT be price matched to Back to School Sale or Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing
Holiday Return Policy
Beginning November 1 and through December 20, we will extend the return/exchange window to 60 days from purchase to allow for holiday gift giving. Please contact us at info@thebk7brand.com to complete any necessary returns or exchanges.
How do I return a product?
When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please contact us at info@thebk7brand.com and we will provide instructions to process your return/exchange.
The product I purchased is defective. How do I exchange it?
If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at info@thebk7brand.com so that we may correct the issue within 30 days from purchase. Please include order number and images of your issue.
