SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it will take an average of 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as we can. Business Days are considered Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm EST. From there, shipping time will vary based off the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Note: Any order placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST Friday will be processed Monday.
Shipping times may be longer than estimates provided by the shipping provider due to holiday volume, inclement weather throughout the country, or staffing shortages. We are unable to guarantee shipping times as they are estimates given to us by the carrier.
I received a notification that my order shipped but there is still no tracking update.
After your order has shipped, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
I received an email that my order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. Where is it?
Check your mailbox. Some orders are sent in bags that can easily fit in your mailbox.
Double check the address you put on your order to ensure it was correct.
If you still do not have the package, please contact your local post office/UPS for resolution, as they were the ones who scanned it as delivered and this is your best chance to locate your package. If they are unable to find it, please file a missing package claim, and send that claim information to info@thebk7brand.com
If the order was returned to sender, please notify our team via email at info@thebk7brand.com with your correct shipping address and let us know it was returned to sender. Once we receive it we will put a new label on it and send it back out.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based off of the shipping address and the weight of the package being sent. Shipping is FREE over $250 to U.S. only.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please review your order confirmation details fully upon receipt for accuracy of sizes, quantities, and shipping address. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes to the order details.
Once your order is received, please inspect it for accuracy and reach out within 30 days for assistance with any issues.
I need to change something on my order. How do I do that?
We are unable to edit sizes, or add items to orders that have been placed. If you are needing to remove an item or edit your shipping, please email info@thebk7brand.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
You can cancel your order from your account page if the items on the order do not reflect what you wish to purchase, or if your billing address is incorrect. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to cancel your order.
*During heavier holiday shopping times, there may be an inability to make any changes to orders.
I want to order an item and it is out of stock, when will you have more?
We can't always give a date to when products are due to restock as it's subject to change. Once dates are confirmed, we may shout about it over social media and send out promotional emails advising of restocks so it's worth signing up to our newsletters. You can sign up by entering your email address in the box found at the bottom of our homepage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE BEKIND7 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If the product does not meet your expectations, or you are unsatisfied in any way, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer-inflicted damage. If we receive a product that appears to have any of these issues, the refund can be rejected or reduced based on condition.
Holiday Returns: Any orders placed between November 1st and December 20th will have an extended 60 day window to allow for gift giving.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
When processing a return, please find your original order number. Once the order number is located, please contact us at info@thebk7brand.com and we will provide instructions to process your return/exchange. Please note that any sales or promotions being offered on our site when you are initiating an exchange, are not able to be applied to your exchange order, as they apply to new purchases only.
THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE. HOW DO I EXCHANGE IT?
If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at info@thebk7brand.com so that we may correct the issue within 30 days from purchase. Please include order number and images of your issue.
When can I return a product?
You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I receive my refund for an item that was returned?
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund, and we have received your return more than 7 business days ago, please check your bank account. If you still do not see the refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your accounts based on bank holds. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at info@thebk7brand.com.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We will exchange unused items within the first 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same or a different item, please contact us at info@thebk7brand.com.
